How to join
Download the FordPass app from Google Play or the iStore and create an account and you are automatically enrolled in FordPass. Alternatively, go to the link above and join online.
The Rewards Center (1-833-502-1689) or Team Ford can also assist with enrollment.
Here's how you earn points
Earn rewards for keeping your Ford in tip-top shape with our Service Department! You also earn with a windshield replacement, tire swap, when you complete a digital brand experience to earn (eg survey, video).
Every time you buy a new or certified pre-owned Ford, you get major rewards to use towards servicing that vehicle or our next purchase!
Using your points
You can redeem points through point-redemption requests via the FordPass Rewards App or website. Points are universal and can be redeemed anywhere that FordPass Reward Points are accepted.
