Who is Team Ford?
Like a university student in a deep existential crisis, lately we’ve been asking ourselves, “Who is Team Ford?” Google says we’re a Ford dealer in Edmonton, Alberta (with a 4.6 out 5 rating we might add), and we’re located on the south side of the city conveniently between Whitemud Drive and the Anthony Henday. But to distill who we are and what we do to such a narrow definition would be doing a major disservice to all the hardworking men and women at Team Ford, not to mention all of our wonderful customers who have been such a huge part of our success over the years. So we will try to answer the question, “Who is Team Ford” — but we are made up of so many moving parts and disparate pieces that it is difficult to pin down exactly what makes a Team Ford experience so exceptional.
Team Ford has been an Edmonton car dealership for over three decades, in which time we’ve firmly entrenched ourselves into the community. We are a part of the Go Auto dealership group which means, beside the benefits we are able to offer our customers, that we have a large support group that pushes us to not only be our best but to give back to the community as well. We proudly participate in charitable projects like Go Gives Back, and the Go Auto Fuel the Schools program. We understand that our success is tied to the success of those around us and if we can give back even just a little, we know that we’ve contributed to making the world a better place.
Team Ford is a dealership that prides itself on transparency, and doing business the right way. This means dealing with honesty and integrity as much as it means dealing with vehicles. We work hard to ensure that our customers always receive fantastic service and, while we know we can’t please everyone, we work hard to both own up to and fix our mistakes when we make them. This is the attitude that has won us a Ford of Canada President’s Award for outstanding customer service and sales performance. This is also the attitude that we come into work with everyday, accolades or not.
On that note, not only are we proud of our customer service but our service department as well. We wouldn’t have the loyal following that we do today if the Team Ford experience ended the moment a customer drove off the lot for the first time. Not only is our service department incredibly efficient, but we understand that servicing your vehicle can cause some anxiety and fall low on your list of priorities. We aim to make the experience as painless as possible, and foster a relationship that will last from one vehicle to the next.
