2019 Ford Ranger XLT in Edmonton, AB
The 2019 Ford Ranger is a fantastic off-road truck in its own right, but that doesn’t mean Ford couldn’t pack a little extra in there. With the Ford Ranger XLT, you get a step up from the standard trim, offering more driver assistance and better tow coverage to help you haul your toys with you on your adventures.
Improved Drive Assist
The Ford Ranger XLT improves the drive in your new truck by adding in some extra eyes to help you on the road. The Blind Spot Information System with Cross-Traffic Alert signals you on the outside mirror when it senses an approaching vehicle in your blind spot, or when a vehicle is passing behind you while backing out of a parking space. In the meantime, its standard Lane-Keeping System will alert you if you begin to drift out of your lane. Feel more secure on your drive knowing the Ranger XLT has your back. For additional convenience, the XLT throws in a 4.2-inch Productivity Screen in the instrument cluster to give you easy access to useful information on your drive, right in your field of vision.
If you want to bring your boat, camper or a trailer full of toys on the road with you, you want the Ford Ranger XLT. The XLT comes standard with Trailer Sway Control, and uses AdvanceTrac® technology with Roll Stability Control™ to help keep your trailer stable and on course. The Blind Spot Information System includes Trailer Tow Coverage, to extend the blind spot monitoring back further to watch your trailer as well. Adding on the optional Trailer Tow Package includes a 4/7-pin wiring harness and Class IV trailer hitch receiver to help you hook up your trailer. If you need a little extra space inside the truck, as well, the Ranger SuperCrew® cabin includes rear under-seat storage so you can keep some of your cargo secure and out of sight.
